Shipping Policy

At jennikidz, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders. 

IN-STORE PICK UP

How do we calculate shipping fees? 

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of their reception. Delivery times are 6 to 10 days.

We offer free standard ground shipping on any purchase of $160 or more (before taxes).

For all other orders, a $15.95 flat rate shipping charge applies. Orders are delivered by Canada Post and shipping confirmation with tracking number will be provided once your order has left our facilities. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

*Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high traffic such as the holiday season.

 

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

We offer free standard shipping on any purchase of $160 USD or more. Delivery times are 8 to 15 days. 

For all other orders, a $10.95 USD flat rate shipping charge applies.

Orders are delivered by UPS or USPS and shipping confirmation with tracking number will be provided once your order has left our facilities.

We cannot accept any returns, cancellations or refund for International Orders. If a shipment has been lost we will file a claim and once the claim has been completed, we will either refund you or reship the items

All order ship from Canada. Therefore, your order will be subject to applicable customs, duties, and any required taxes.. These charges are to be covered by the customer.


Where Do You Ship?
We ship to most of the countries in the world, except for some countries that might have shipping restrictions or country customs that require complex handling processes. 

Order Processing
We process orders within 1-3 business days. However, big items such as lighting & furniture may require longer processing time. 

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on different countries. Once your order is shipped, you will receive it in the following estimated time frame.

  • United States : 8 to 15 Business Day
  • Canada: 6 to 10 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs clearance may impact delivery times. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. 

Tracking Your Order
Orders are delivered by Canada Post and shipping confirmation with tracking number will be provided once your order has left our facilities.

Undeliverable Packages
If you claim that you have not received your order when the tracking states the package was delivered, we will provide you with the contact information of the shipping company. You will need to contact the shipping company to obtain proof of package lost. After we receive the proof of package lost document from you, we can either refund your order in full or send you a replacement to a different address.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Missing due to a natural disaster

We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. 

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to receive a refund.

Delivery
The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package at the post office by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender which is our logistics company. During the return, we take no responsibility if products have been lost, and the cost to reship will be issued to the customer.
