Who makes Babeeni?

Babeeni is a Vietnamese kidswear maker that specializes in hand-smocked and hand-embroidered children's clothing. The company says it has nearly 20 years of experience and runs its workshops in Hai Phong and Lao Cai, in northern Vietnam.

What sizes do Babeeni dresses come in?

Every Babeeni dress we carry runs from 6M to 6T: 6, 12 and 18 months for babies, then toddler sizes 2T through 6T. Size availability varies by style, so check the selector on each product page. Once she outgrows 6T, look through girls dresses in kids sizes.

What is a smocked bishop dress?

A bishop dress has a gathered, loose shape that is held in by smocking around the neckline instead of a fitted bodice. Our Babeeni bishop styles are pink or pink-and-purple gingham, with hand-smocked motifs and puff or angel sleeves. Compare them with other styles in baby girls dresses.

Are Babeeni dresses all smocked?

Not all of them. Two of our Babeeni styles are hand-smocked bishop dresses, while the third is a sleeveless dress decorated with embroidery on a white bib rather than smocking. Each product page lists its fabric and details. Add a matching bow from headbands and hair accessories to complete the outfit.

Do you ship Babeeni to Canada and the US?

Yes. Every order ships from Canada, usually within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 days within Canada and 8–15 days to the US. Shipping is free on orders of $160 CAD or more in Canada and $160 USD or more in the US; smaller orders ship for a flat $15.95 CAD or $10.95 USD. US shoppers see prices in US dollars, and US orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer. See our shipping policy for details.

Can I return Babeeni items?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us before sending anything back; items must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our return and refund policy.
