Tulle Starburst Snap Clips | Hatley

A glitter star sits over a fan of pink, mint and pale yellow tulle on these Tulle Starburst snap clips. They add a soft pastel accent to a party hairstyle or a favorite everyday outfit.

White snap clips sit behind the star-and-tulle decoration. The packaging identifies this style for ages 3 and up.

Build a celebration outfit with a girls skirt and a coordinating top. For a dress instead, explore girls dresses and let the pastel stars finish the look.
