Baby Pleated Velvet Dress | Mayoral

Everything below the waist of this red Mayoral dress is pleated, and a bow with a small heart charm sits right at the waistline above it. Gathered cuffs end the long sleeves. For baby and toddler girls in sizes 6M to 4Y, it works for birthday parties, holiday dinners and family photos.

Party shoes and warm tights are found in baby girl clothes, and other party dresses wait in baby girls dresses; the label's complete girls' line, inside the Mayoral brand, is on Mayoral girls clothing.
