Wet snow stays outside a 15,000 mm polyurethane coating, sweat escapes through fabric rated equally high for breathability, and the seams that take the most strain are sealed. For the slopes she gets a helmet-compatible hood, a sleeve pocket for a lift pass, adjustable ski-boot cuffs and ankle snow guards that close with snaps over rubberized elastic.
