Geox FAQ

Who makes Geox?

Geox is an Italian footwear company founded in 1995 in Montebelluna, Italy, by entrepreneur Mario Moretti Polegato. The brand is known for its patented sole design, which was created to let perspiration escape from the shoe.

What Geox kids shoe sizes do you carry?

We carry Geox in European sizes 21 to 35. Baby and toddler shoes run EU 21 to 27 (about US 5.5 to 10), and junior sneakers run EU 28 to 35 (US 10.5 to 3.5). Each product page shows the EU size next to its US equivalent.

Do Geox kids shoes have laces?

No tying needed. Every Geox pair we carry fastens with hook-and-loop straps, and the junior sneakers pair elastic laces with a strap so kids can slip them on alone. Find more easy-on pairs in boys sneakers and girls sneakers.

Do Geox kids sneakers light up?

Several Geox baby and junior sneakers we carry are listed with a transparent light-up outsole, and each product page says whether a style has one. For more light-up options, compare Skechers kids shoes.

What are Geox kids shoes made of?

It depends on the style. The sneakers have mostly synthetic and textile uppers with textile linings and leather insoles, while the first-walker strap shoes have leather or nappa-and-suede uppers. The full material breakdown is on each product page, and more first shoes are in kids footwear.

Do you ship Geox to Canada and the US?

Yes. Every order ships from Canada, usually within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 days within Canada and 8–15 days to the US. Shipping is free on orders of $160 CAD or more in Canada and $160 USD or more in the US; smaller orders ship for a flat $15.95 CAD or $10.95 USD. US shoppers see prices in US dollars, and US orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer. See our shipping policy for details.

Can I return Geox items?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us before sending anything back; items must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our return and refund policy.
