How do Levi's kids sizes work?

Big kids tees, joggers and sweatshirts use letter sizes with an age range: S (8–10Y), M (10–12Y), L (12–13Y) and XL (13–15Y). Little kids styles run 4Y to 7Y or 7X, the girls hoodie 4Y to 6X, and the baby coverall newborn to 9 months. Some joggers and denim shorts use number sizes instead.

What's the difference between Levi's boys joggers?
